Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account or accessing any part of the 44000 platform, you confirm that you:

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the 44000 platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. 44000 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login credentials. 44000 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact customer support immediately. Any activity carried out through your account will be considered as authorised by you, unless you have reported loss of account control to 44000.
General User Responsibilities includes: not using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law; not attempting to interfere with, damage, or breach the platform's security systems; not using automated software, bots, or technical methods to gain an unfair advantage; and reporting any security vulnerabilities discovered to the 44000 technical team without exploiting them.
Payments, Deposits & Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on the 44000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including Boost, DuitNow, and online bank transfers. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from legitimate sources and not derived from any unlawful activities.

Any attempt to deceive or defraud the 44000 platform or other users will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.
Liability Limits
44000 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions caused by system maintenance, internet failure, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. The platform's liability is limited to the amount deposited in the user's account at the time of the relevant incident. 44000 does not bear responsibility for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users.
- Accounts may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is ongoing.
- Accounts will be permanently closed if found to be in violation of the terms of use.
- Valid account balances may be reclaimed once the investigation process is complete.
- Users will be notified via their registered email if any action is taken on their account.
- 44000 reserves the right to withhold balances if there is evidence of fraud or unauthorised use.
